Western blot analysis from lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human/mouse/Rat DEP-1/CD148 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47225) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for DEP-1/CD148 at approximately 220 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
